Section 5-36-306 - Civil remedy

In a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction, a wireless service provider aggrieved by a violation of this subchapter may obtain appropriate relief, including:(1) Preliminary and other equitable or declaratory relief;(2) Compensatory and punitive damages;(3) Reasonable investigation expenses;(4) Costs of suit; and(5) Attorney fees.Acts 1997, No. 1310, § 6.
