Section 5-37-209 - Criminal possession of a forgery device

(a) A person commits criminal possession of a forgery device if he or she makes or possesses any device, apparatus, equipment, or article capable of or adaptable to a use in forging a written instrument with the purpose to use it himself or herself, or to aid or permit another person to use it, to commit forgery.(b) Criminal possession of a forgery device is a Class C felony.Acts 1975, No. 280, § 2312; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2312.
