The provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed or otherwise interpreted to prohibit an individual from owning or operating a device commonly known as a 'satellite receiving dish' for the purpose of lawfully receiving and utilizing a satellite-relayed television signal for his or her own use.Acts 1985, No. 781, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2214; Acts 2003, No. 1806, § 5.
