Section 5-37-503 - Animals - False registration or pedigree

Any person who by any false pretense obtains from any club, association, society, or company for improving the breed of cattle, horses, sheep, swine, or other domestic animals a certificate of registration of any animal in the herd register or other register of the club, association, society, or company, or a transfer on any registration, and any person who knowingly gives a false pedigree of any animal, upon conviction is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1887, No. 134, § 1, p. 233; C. & M.
