Section 5-37-522 - Tobacco - Removal of serial number on container

(a) It is unlawful for any person to remove, obliterate, or otherwise render unreadable the manufacturer's serial number or code number on any case, carton, package, or other container of any tobacco product.(b) Any person violating a provision of this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1963, No. 251, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 41-2362, 41-2363; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 347.
