Section 5-39-213 - Advertising on property without owner's written permission

(a) It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place any advertising on any property in this state without first securing the written permission of the owner of the property.(b) Any person violating a provision of this section is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).Acts 1941, No. 359, §§ 1, 3; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 41-2052, 41-2053; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 48.
