Section 5-51-204 - Usurping, overturning, or seizing government

Any person who conspires with one (1) or more other persons to usurp the government of the state by force or otherwise, to overturn the government of this state, or to seize any department of the government of this state, evidenced by any act or by forcible attempt to accomplish any purpose stated in this section, commits a Class B felony.Acts 1873, No. 15, § 1, p. 22; C. & M.
