Section 5-51-303 - Intentional injury to or interference with government property

Any person who knowingly and intentionally destroys or injures any article or thing belonging to the United States, the State of Arkansas, or any county, city, or other subdivision of this state with intent to hinder or interfere with the owner in the preparation for prosecution of war or in the owner's use for defense purposes is guilty of a Class D felony.Acts 1941, No. 312, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-3961; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 424.
