Section 5-54-204 - Falsely communicating a terrorist threat

(a) A person commits the offense of falsely communicating a terrorist threat if, in any manner, the person knowingly makes a threat to commit or cause to be committed a terrorist act or otherwise creates the impression or belief that a terrorist act is about to be or has been committed or in any manner knowingly makes a threat to commit or cause to be committed a catastrophe, as defined under § 5-38-202, that the person knows is false.(b) Falsely communicating a terrorist threat is a Class B felony.Acts 2003, No. 1342, § 3.
