Section 5-60-122 - Possession of hand-held laser pointer by minor

(a) It is unlawful for a person under eighteen (18) years of age to possess a hand-held laser pointer without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.(b) The hand-held laser pointer shall be seized by a law enforcement officer as contraband.Acts 1999, No. 1408, § 1.
