(a) A person commits the offense of interference with emergency communication in the second degree if he or she recklessly prevents, interrupts, disrupts, impedes, or interferes with another person's attempt to request with good cause emergency assistance from a law enforcement agency, medical facility, or other government agency or entity that provides emergency assistance.(b) Interference with emergency communication in the second degree is a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 2007, No. 162, § 1.
