Nothing in this subchapter or §§ 20-7-309 and 20-7-310 shall be construed to encourage, conflict, or otherwise interfere with the preemption of state and local laws under any federal laws or United States Department of Transportation regulations related to drug testing procedures and confidentiality.Acts 2003, No. 750, § 2.
