Section 5-64-213 - Schedule VI established

(a) There is established a Schedule VI for the classification of those substances that are determined to be inappropriately classified by placing them in Schedules I through V.(b) Schedule VI includes a controlled substance listed or to be listed by whatever official name, common or usual name, chemical name, or trade name designated.Acts 1971, No. 590, Art. 2, § 13, as added by Acts 1973, No. 186, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-2614.
