(a) The Department of Health may promulgate rules necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.(b) The rules described in subsection (a) of this section shall be promulgated pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 166, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1979, No. 898, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-2632.1; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 312.
