(a) A person commits the offense of unlawful assembly if he or she: (1) Assembles with two (2) or more other persons; and(2) Has the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting a riot.(b) Unlawful assembly is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1975, No. 280, § 2906; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2906.
