(a)(1) It is unlawful for any group composed of two (2) or more persons to act jointly with one another or attempt any action in conjunction with one another at a public, private, or parochial school or college of this state, to: (A) Obstruct or bar any hallway or door of any campus building or facility;(B) Seize control of a campus building or facility;(C) Prevent the meeting of or cause the disruption of any class; or(D) Erect any type of barricade aimed at obstructing the orderly passage of a person or vehicle onto or off of a campus ground.(2) However, nothing stated in this section applies to an activity of any labor organization or teachers' organization.(b) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1969, No. 345, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 41-2969, 41-2970; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 352.
