Section 5-71-302 - Promoting civil disorder in the first degree

(1) Any person who teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or construction of any firearm or explosive or incendiary device capable of causing injury or death to any person, knowing or intending that the firearm or explosive or incendiary device be used in furtherance of a civil disorder is guilty of the crime of promoting civil disorder in the first degree.(2) Promoting civil disorder in the first degree is a Class C felony.Acts 1985, No. 903, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2927.
