Section 5-71-303 - Unaffected lawful uses of weapons

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the training or teaching of the use of a weapon for:(1) A law enforcement purpose;(2) Hunting;(3) Recreation;(4) Competition; or(5) Any other lawful use or activity.Acts 1985, No. 903, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-2928.
