(a) It is unlawful for any person to install or maintain a booby trap upon his or her own property or any other person's property.(b) As used in this section, 'booby trap' means a device designed to cause death or serious physical injury to a person.(c) Any person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere or who is found guilty of violating this section is guilty of a Class D felony.Acts 1985, No. 243, §§ 1, 2; 1985, No. 399, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 41-1660, 41-1661.
