Section 5-73-303 - Immunity from civil damages

The state, a county or city, or any employee of the state, county, or city is not liable for any civil damages resulting from the issuance of a license pursuant to a provision of this subchapter.Acts 1995, No. 411, § 3; 1995, No. 419, § 3.
