Section 5-73-305 - Criminal penalty

Any person who knowingly submits a false answer to any question on an application for a license issued pursuant to this subchapter, or who knowingly submits a false document when applying for a license issued pursuant to this subchapter upon conviction is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 1995, No. 411, § 2; 1995, No. 419, § 2.
