A member of the Post-Prison Transfer Board, a board investigator, or a revocation hearing judge who has been issued a license to carry a concealed handgun by the Division of Arkansas State Police under this subchapter may carry his or her concealed handgun into a building in which or a location on which a law enforcement officer may carry a handgun if the board member, board investigator, or revocation hearing judge is on official business of the board.Amended by Act 2023, No. 659,§ 49, eff. 1/1/2024.Added by Act 2013, No. 320,§ 2, eff. 8/16/2013.
