(a) No person employed by the Arkansas Educational Television Commission and paid from state funds shall receive supplemental compensation or remuneration from funds not appropriated by the state.(b)(1) Only an appropriate state employee may supervise state employees of the Educational Television Division of the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education.(2) No person or employee paid with funds not appropriated by the General Assembly shall supervise any state employee of the Educational Television Division.(c) As used in this section, 'state employee' means an individual paid by funds appropriated by the General Assembly.Acts 1987, No. 914, § 6; 1993, No. 61, § 6; 1993, No. 1313, § 36; 1995, No. 1296, § 12; 2005, No. 2167, § 12; Acts 2007, No. 827, § 112.
