(a) Prosecutions under this act shall be brought in the name of the State of Arkansas before any court having competent jurisdiction.(b) Any fine collected shall be paid over to the county treasurer and be credited to the general school fund of the respective school district.(c) No bond for costs shall be required by any court or officer in prosecutions under this act.Acts 1931, No. 169, § 161; Pope's Dig., §§ 3587, 11603; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1513; Acts 1999, No. 1078, § 2.
