Section 6-10-112 - Rent on Department of Education buildings

(a) The various programs and departments of the Department of Education that are financed from state, federal, or cash funds are authorized to pay rent for space utilized in the buildings annexed to the Department of Education Building.(b) Such rent is to be paid from authorized maintenance accounts.Acts 1969, No. 655, § 39.
