Any model rural early childhood consortium created pursuant to this subchapter shall have the authority to petition the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education or the State Board of Education for waivers from present school standards to fulfill the purposes set forth in § 6-13-1101.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1164, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1989, No. 886, §§ 4, 7; 1995, No. 830, § 3.
