Section 6-13-1106 - Criteria - Contingency

(a)(1) The State Board of Education shall adopt and publish criteria setting forth the application process to be followed by any model rural early childhood consortium.(2) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall determine which applications are accepted in accordance with the state board's published criteria.(b) Implementation of the provisions of this subchapter shall be contingent upon appropriation.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1165, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1989, No. 886, §§ 6, 8; 1995, No. 830, § 4.
