Section 6-13-1301 - Legislative intent

It is the intention of the General Assembly through this subchapter to:(1) Stimulate local innovation and creativity in restructuring Arkansas public schools;(2) Facilitate the empowerment of educators and other persons at the local building site level to identify the needs of their particular students; and(3) Implement methods of satisfying those needs.Acts 1995, No. 1125, § 1.
