(a) The official Arkansas flag shall be displayed on the schoolhouse or school grounds of every public school in this state.(b) The Arkansas flag shall be displayed on the same staff or pole as the United States flag and shall be positioned immediately below the United States flag.(c) It shall be the duty of the board of directors of every public school district in this state to procure a suitable Arkansas flag for each school and to require the flag to be displayed in the manner required in subsections (a) and (b) of this section.Acts 1963, No. 237, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 80-1632, 80-1633.
