(a)(1) As used in this subchapter, 'digital learning' means a digital technology or internet-based educational delivery model that does not rely exclusively on compressed interactive video.(2) Digital learning services may be procured from both in-state and out-of-state digital learning providers.(b) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall annually publish a list of approved course choice providers that offer digital learning services.Amended by Act 2023, No. 237,§ 17, eff. 3/8/2023.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1354, eff. 7/1/2019.Added by Act 2013, No. 1280,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
