Section 6-16-311 - Early childhood education - Approval of private programs

In the event a privately controlled and operated program for children of less than six (6) years of age is conducted in the state, the program shall be licensed as set forth in the Child Care Facility Licensing Act, § 20-78-201 et seq.Acts 1969, No. 63, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1653; Acts 1997, No. 1132, § 33.
