Section 6-16-606 - Elective credit

(a) A public high school shall award one (1) unit of credit as an elective for successfully completing a postsecondary preparatory program under this subchapter.(b) The unit of credit awarded under this section does not count toward the minimum number of credits required by law for high school graduation.
