(a) A school district may upon agreement with another school district transfer students to the nonresident school district for summer school classes.(b) The cost of the summer school classes shall be the responsibility of the sending school district at a rate agreed upon by both school districts.(c) Transportation shall be the responsibility of the student or the student's parents.Acts 1999, No. 1162, § 1.
