As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Advanced placement course' means a high school level preparatory course for a college advanced placement test that incorporates all topics specified by the College Board and Educational Testing Service on its standard syllabus for a given subject area and is approved by the College Board and Educational Testing Service;(2) 'College advanced placement test' means the advanced placement test administered by the College Board and Educational Testing Service;(3) 'College Board' means the College Board and Educational Testing Service;(4) 'International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme' means an international education program offered by the International Baccalaureate;(5) 'Preadvanced placement course' means a middle school, junior high school, or high school level course that specifically prepares students to enroll and participate in an advanced placement course;(6) 'Program' means the Arkansas Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Diploma Incentive Program; and(7) 'State board' means the State Board of Education.Amended by Act 2019, No. 692,§ 6, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1346, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1995, No. e Diploma Incentive Program; and(7) 'State board' means the State Board of Education.Amended by Act 2019, No. 692,§ 6, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1346, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1995, No. 881, § 3; 1997, No. 929, § 2; 2005, No. 2152, § 3.
