Every public elementary school and every public secondary school in the State of Arkansas shall have in its employ at least one (1) person who is certified by the American Red Cross or approved by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education as qualified to administer emergency first aid and who shall be on the school grounds during normal school hours.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1358, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1977, No. 395, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1263.
