Section 6-17-104 - Teachers' records and reports

(a) The teacher shall keep such records and make such reports as may be required by the school district board of directors employing the teacher.(b) No teacher shall be entitled to the last month's pay under his or her contract with a public school district until he or she has provided to the school district all records and reports required by the school district.Acts 1931, No. 169, §§ 169, 172; Pope's Dig., §§ 11611, 11614; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 80-1215, 80-1217; Acts 1993, No. 294, § 11; 1999, No. 1078, § 57; 2007, No. 311, § 1.
