Section 6-17-1303 - Policies and regulations

(a) The board of directors of each school district shall adopt written policies for the administration of sick leave.(b) Such policies and regulations shall be a part of the written policies of each school district, and a copy shall be furnished to each school employee.Acts 1979, No. 391, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1255.5.
