(a) A lifetime teaching license holder is eligible to serve as a substitute teacher and as a tutor.(b) A lifetime teaching license holder who becomes employed as a licensed educator by a school district shall participate in the professional development programs required by the employing school district.Amended by Act 2017, No. 588,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 2007, No. 169, § 1; 2009, No. 224, § 3.
