(a) The Arkansas Economic Development Commission, in coordination with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, shall promulgate rules governing the eligibility of teachers of science, technology, engineering, or math to receive a supplemental grant from the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Fund.(b) Rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1498, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2007, No. 564, § 3.
