A public school or open-enrollment public charter school shall not knowingly enter into any type of transaction with an individual or entity that:(1) Performs abortions;(2) Induces abortions;(3) Provides abortions; or(4) Offers or provides abortion referrals.Amended by Act 2023, No. 653,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.Added by Act 2021, No. 820,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
