The average amount of all educational scholarships awarded by a scholarship-granting organization to qualified students under this subchapter shall not exceed:(1) Eighty percent (80%) of the previous school year's foundation funding amount under § 6-20-2305(a)(2) for qualified students who are in kindergarten through grade eight (K-8); and(2) Ninety percent (90%) of the previous school year's foundation funding amount under § 6-20-2305(a)(2) for qualified students who are in grades nine through twelve (9-12).Added by Act 2021, No. 904,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
