Section 6-18-602 - Penalty

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each and every offense.Acts 1929, No. 171, § 7; Pope's Dig., § 3610; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2007; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 66.
