Section 6-18-603 - Unlawful organizations

Any public school fraternity, sorority, or other secret organization or society as defined in this subchapter is declared to be inimical to public free schools and therefore unlawful.Acts 1929, No. 171, § 2; Pope's Dig., § 3605; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2002.
