Section 6-20-1016 - Prohibition on creation of rights

This subchapter shall not create any right, and no right shall arise under it, until the initial issue or series of bonds authorized by this subchapter shall have been sold and delivered by the State Board of Education.Acts 1973, No. 59, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-975.
