If, for any reason, any section or provision of this subchapter shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such holding shall not effect the remainder of this subchapter, but this subchapter, insofar as it is not in conflict with the Arkansas Constitution or the United States Constitution, shall be permitted to stand, and the various provisions of this subchapter are hereby declared to be severable for that purpose.Acts 2007, No. 1021, § 2.
