Section 6-20-708 - Appropriation of state funds authorized

There is authorized to be appropriated from time to time out of money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated such sums as may be necessary to enable the State Board of Education to provide for the establishment, maintenance, operation, and expansion of school lunch programs, including, but not limited to, the payment of administrative expenses and the matching or supplementing of federal funds.Acts 1947, No. 157, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-131.
