Section 6-20-813 - Principal and interest charge against revenues of school district

Principal and interest maturities of obligations issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be a charge against the revenues of the school district for the fiscal year in which the maturities are respectively due.Acts 1953, No. 384, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-954.
