A school district may purchase a new motor vehicle from a motor vehicle dealer licensed under the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission Act, § 23-112-101 et seq., if the purchase price of the motor vehicle does not exceed the fleet price awarded by the Office of State Procurement and in effect at the time the school district submits the purchase order for the same make and model motor vehicle.Added by Act 2017, No. 442,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
