Section 6-21-505 - Primary use of school facilities

The facilities of any school district operating a recreation program pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be used primarily for the purpose of conducting the regular school curriculum and related activities, and the use of school facilities for recreational purposes authorized by this subchapter shall be secondary.Acts 1941, No. 291, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3605.
