Section 6-21-605 - Injury to schoolhouse or fixtures

(a) To cut, write upon, deface, disfigure, or damage any part or appurtenance or enclosure of any schoolhouse shall be a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100).(b) Any fine collected under this act for injury to any schoolhouse or other school property shall be paid into the school funds of the school district where the crime was committed.Acts 1931, No. 169, § 178; Pope's Dig., §§ 3593, 11620; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1904; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 69.
